Platform

One system.
Four operations.
Built on your truth.

Goldstone is not a collection of tools — it is one integrated workflow. The Vault holds your business facts. Matching, document assembly, and the narrative graph all read from the Vault and only from the Vault. The output is grounded, explainable, and yours.

The four operations

What the platform actually does.

Operation 01

Vault

A canonical store of your business facts — eleven structured domains, validated, with synonym normalization so messy inputs resolve to one canonical key. The Vault is the single source of truth for everything downstream.

Operation 02

Matching

Funding opportunities crawled from official government and program sources, scored against your Vault on region, industry, stage, and check-size. Hard disqualifiers first. Every score carries a human-readable rationale.

Operation 03

Documents

A registry of real funder template formats — IRAP, NIH, NSF SBIR, capability statements, due-diligence packs — assembled deterministically from your Vault. AI-assisted polish is optional and cannot change meaning.

Operation 04

Narrative

A versioned narrative graph keeps four story tracks — company, funding, growth, credibility — consistent across every output. Sections are rated absent · weak · moderate · strong. Filler phrases are penalized automatically.

Honesty rules

What it does.
What it doesn't.

It does

Real operations on real data.

  • Hold your business facts in canonical, validated fields
  • Pull funding from official sources only — Grants.gov, SBIR, NIH, NSF, CORDIS, regional portals
  • Score matches deterministically with per-component reasons you can read
  • Assemble real funder template formats from your Vault
  • Export PDF and DOCX you can review before submitting
  • Keep one narrative consistent across every output
It doesn't

The list of things we won't pretend to do.

  • Submit applications on your behalf — the final click is always yours
  • Use ML or embeddings for matching — it's deterministic by design
  • Invent metrics, partners, or milestones in your documents
  • Send outbound outreach automatically — that layer is operator-assisted today
  • Sell, share, or train shared models on your Vault data
  • Promise "one-click" funding or guaranteed outcomes
Why it's a system, not a feature list

Everything reads from the same source.

The Vault is one schema. Matching, documents, and narrative all read from it. Update one field and every downstream output re-checks itself — drafts are marked stale, matches re-score, narrative ratings update. You don't sync across tools; you change the truth once.
