Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Goldstone Empire ("Goldstone"). By creating an account, you agree to them. They are written to be readable; we have tried to avoid lawyer-speak where it isn't necessary.

1. The service

Goldstone is a system to help you find, prepare, and apply for capital — grants and investor opportunities. It is a tool you use; it does not act on your behalf without your initiation. We surface opportunities, draft documents, and structure applications. We do not guarantee any specific funding outcome.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information at signup. Your account is for your use (or, on team plans, the use of your team members within your organization).

3. Your data

Your Vault data belongs to you. We process it only as described in our privacy policy. You can export and delete it at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Goldstone to apply for funding fraudulently.
• Don't enter information that isn't yours or that you don't have rights to use.
• Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the service to harass anyone or to violate any law.

5. Funding outcomes

Goldstone helps you find and apply for capital. It does not award capital. Match scores are best-effort estimates based on Vault data; they are not guarantees. Whether you receive any specific grant or investment is determined entirely by the awarding body.

6. AI output

Where Goldstone uses AI to generate drafts or refine text, the output is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing it before submitting it to any external party. We make best efforts to keep AI output grounded in your Vault data, but you must verify accuracy.

7. Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; your account drops to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period. We do not retain credit card numbers; payment is handled by a third-party processor.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, we delete your data per the privacy policy.

10. Liability

Goldstone is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for funding outcomes or for the content of applications you submit.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goldstone is established, as stated in our company information at signup.
