Your business,
structured once.
The Vault holds canonical, validated facts about your business across eleven structured domains. Messy inputs are synonym-normalized to one key. Every downstream operation — matching, document assembly, narrative — reads from here.
Eleven structured domains.
Each domain has a registry of canonical fields — typed, validated, with synonyms. Answer once, reuse everywhere.
Messy inputs, one canonical key.
Funders ask the same question fifteen different ways: businessName, legalName, company_name, operating_entity. The Vault collapses these into one canonical field with a registry of synonyms, so a question worded differently on the next form still reaches the same answer.
- One canonical field per real concept
- Synonyms registered, not hardcoded
- Type-validated — date is a date, money is money
- Version-tracked so you can roll back any change
Update once. Everything downstream knows.
The Vault is wired into every downstream operation. Change a field and the system marks affected drafts stale, re-scores affected matches, and re-rates narrative sections that depend on it. You don't sync between systems — there is only one system.
- Match engine re-scores on Vault change
- Documents drafted from this Vault mark themselves stale
- Narrative graph re-rates section strength
- Every output cites which Vault fields it used
