G For founders, small businesses, and grant-seekers

Stop rewriting your story for every funder.

One vault holds your business facts. Goldstone finds the funding you actually qualify for and assembles every application from the same source — so your story stays consistent, and your weeks stay yours.

The problem

Funding work is a story-rewriting tax.

Anyone who has actually applied for funding knows the shape of it. You're not lacking ambition. You're lacking infrastructure.

01

Hours lost reformatting

Every funder asks the same questions in slightly different shapes. You answer the same thing seven times, in seven formats, and lose your weekend.

02

Eligibility guesswork

Most platforms hand you a long list and let you apply for things you don't qualify for. Time spent on misses is time you don't get back.

03

Story drift

Your story changes shape across forms because you wrote each one in a different week. Funders notice the drift, even when they don't say so.

04

No memory between rounds

Last quarter's revenue, last grant's outcome, that letter of intent you wrote in March — none of it is anywhere you can find it now.

What changes

Same work. Less friction.

"Where did I put my last grant narrative?"
"It's in the Vault. Click."
"Does this program even accept Canadian SMEs?"
"Disqualifiers run first. You only see what you qualify for."
"Did I tell that funder the same revenue number?"
"Same source. Same answer. Every time."
How it works

Answer once. Everything else reads from the same place.

Four steps. One source of truth at the center. You stop syncing, copy-pasting, and re-answering the same thing across forms.

01 · Answer once

Build your Vault

Your business facts — what you do, who you are, what you're raising for — answered one time, kept in one place. Different funders ask the same thing differently; the Vault remembers it the same way.

02 · See what fits

Matches with reasons

Real funding from official sources, ranked against your Vault. Programs that exclude your region, sector, stage, or check-size never reach your feed. Every score opens to a plain-language explanation.

03 · Skip the rewriting

Draft from your Vault

Applications are assembled from your real data into the format the funder actually expects — IRAP, NIH, NSF SBIR, capability statements. Nothing invented. Every paragraph traceable to the field it came from.

04 · Review & submit

You stay in control

Export to PDF or DOCX, review the draft, and submit through the funder's own portal. Goldstone never auto-submits. The final click is always yours.

What you get back

Four things, once you stop rewriting.

01

One profile, reused everywhere

Answer the company-and-financials questions once. Every match, every document, every form reads from the same source. No more "did I tell them this already?"

02

Honest matches

Funding you actually qualify for — region, sector, stage, check-size all checked first. Every result opens to its reasons. Skip the misses you used to spend Saturdays on.

03

Real documents from real data

Applications in the formats funders actually expect, assembled from your Vault. Nothing fabricated. AI polish is optional and constrained — it can refine your phrasing, not invent your facts.

04

One consistent story

Company, funding, growth, credibility — kept coherent across every output, with weak or filler sections flagged before they ship. Your story stops drifting between funders.

How it actually works

Built explainable. On purpose.

Most funding tools hide their logic behind "AI." Goldstone shows its work — because trust comes from being able to read the math, not from being told to.

Matching

Eligibility first. Fit second. Reason for every score.

Hard disqualifiers run before anything else — if a program excludes your region, sector, stage, or check-size, it never appears in your results. The remainder are scored on weighted components, each contributing a real fraction of the total. Click any score and read the math.

  • Region · industry · stage · check-size, all weighted
  • Per-component rationale shown on every match
  • Re-running gives the same answer — no stochastic step
  • Built with deliberate heuristics, not a black-box model
Documents

Assembled from your Vault. Nothing invented.

Applications merge your Vault into real funder template formats — IRAP, NIH, NSF SBIR, capability statements, due-diligence packs — section by section. Every paragraph maps to the Vault field it came from. Optional AI polish refines phrasing without changing meaning.

  • Real funder formats — not generic boilerplate
  • Source-traceable: every field maps to a Vault entry
  • AI polish is constrained — no inventing, no adding sections
  • Export PDF and DOCX; review before you submit
What we never do

A short list,
kept short on purpose.

These aren't fine print. They're the operating constraints we built the system around.

  • — We do not sell or share your Vault data.
  • — We do not train shared models on your inputs.
  • — We do not auto-submit to funder portals.
  • — We do not invent facts in your documents.
  • — We do not fabricate match scores.
  • — We do not lock you in. Export is one click.

No. Goldstone assembles the document; you review it and submit through the funder's own channel. We do not auto-submit, and we never will. The final click is always yours.

It stays yours. Export the entire Vault as structured data at any time. Delete your account and the data is removed within 30 days. We do not sell data, and Vault content is not used to train shared models.

Free to build your Vault and browse matched funding. Paid plans unlock document assembly, the AI-assisted polish step, and higher-volume work. Subscriptions for ongoing work; one-off token packs for occasional bursts.

One narrow place: optional polish on a generated document. Polish is constrained — it cannot change meaning, add sections, or invent facts. If no API key is configured, the polish step is silently skipped and your document is the deterministic assembly straight from your Vault.

Official sources only — Grants.gov, SBIR, NIH, NSF, CORDIS, and regional government and program portals. Raw listings are normalized, deduplicated, and parsed (amount and deadline extracted by regex) before they reach your feed.

Hard eligibility filters run first — region, sector, stage, check-size. Surviving opportunities are scored on weighted components, with stage-adjacency logic for near-fits. Re-running gives the same answer. Built with deliberate, explainable heuristics — no learned model in the scoring path.
